KPG prepared the street design reference handbook for City of Bellevue residents and staff.  The handbook explains the myriad issues and elements that are examined during the street design process, including traffic calming, sidewalk improvements, pedestrian/bicycle facilities, gateways and utilities.  The handbook also illustrates and defines the elements of the street, as well as conceptual visions for each street classification type.  KPG provided all graphics and facilitated a Technical Advisory Committee and presented to the Transportation Commission.
