2nd Street Park

KPG provided visioning and conceptual design for a 2.5 acre linear park in Downtown Bellevue. The park is a center piece of a district in south downtown.  It is designed along with street improvements to be the front yard to new developments, that include a variety of programmed spaces and activities.  The adjacent NE 2nd Place is designed as a woonerf so that it can be closed off for community events and act as an extension of the Park.
