NE 83rd Promenade

KPG provided visioning and final design for the NE83rd Street projects, Phases 1, 2 and 3. NE 83rd is relatively the quietest east west street in downtown and was identified as a pedestrian promenade street. Design considerations included tree preservation, wider sidewalks (which established 14.5 feet as the downtown standard, park frontage improvements at Edge Skate Park and corridor identity columns. Future phases will be improved by adjacent development.
