KPG provided design services for the “Main Street” in the North City District of Shoreline. The project called for creating a pedestrian-friendly mixed-use district. The entire roadway cross-section was reconstructed from back of sidewalk, including utility undergrounding. Pedestrian amenities included wider sidewalks, curb bulbs with crosswalks, benches, pedestrian lighting, trees, planters with custom railings, district identity, and gateway signs.
