State Route (SR) 522 / "Wayne Curve"

KPG provided visioning and final design for State Route (SR) 522 / “Wayne Curve” section in Bothell. SR 522 is the major east-west transportation corridor through Bothell. This segment is designed as the western gateway entrance into the City.  Features include a “Sammamish River backdrop” theme, with City gateway sign, decorative lighting, decorative walls, decorative railings and decorative median treatments, public art and improvements to Red Brick Road Park. The design of the segment is the first phase in the redesign of the corridor through the downtown.
