South Regional Road Maintenance Facility (SRRMF)
King County, WA
The proposed South Regional Road Maintenance Facility (SRRMF) is a project of the King County Roads Maintenance Section (KCRMS), which is responsible for maintaining more than 1,800 miles of County roads and associated storm water systems in unincorporated King County. The new SRRMF will consolidate and replace two aging facilities, one in Maple Valley and one in Black Diamond.
The Project Program Plan provided a clear programming statement of the functional requirements (the program) which the proposed SRRMF will fulfill, and we presented a schematic design response to that program. It will serve as a continuing resource and reference for the owner and the design team throughout the design process.
