Environmental Quality
KPG champions environmental stewardship on all our projects. We strive to preserve and restore natural ecosystems in our project designs, including using Low Impact Development (LID) strategies and native vegetation landscaping. We implement innovative design approaches for water resources. Our buildings and facilities projects reduce power consumption with passive and active renewable energy technology, conserve water with lowered demands and re-use, protect the human environment with low toxic materials, and conserve resources with renewable materials. With an integrated design approach, these measures create pleasing, healthy, comfortable spaces for employees and the public.
